The Choral Department will have their annual spring concert today, Thursday, March 21, at 7 p.m. in the Edward H. Gilbert Theater. The concert will feature several songs centered around the “Music Makes the Difference” theme.
The Beginning Choir, Concert Choir, Show Choir, Madrigal Singers, AcaBellas and AcaFellas, all under the direction of Choir Director Caitlyn Walsh, will perform two songs each. The spring concert will also feature performances by the Holmes Junior High School Chorus and Swing Chorus, and the South Middle School Chorus.
“I’m really excited for the concert because the songs sound really great when all the choirs come together,” freshman Lexi Gray said. ” This is one of our last concerts and it’s just been a really fun and rewarding experience.”
Although admission is free, donations to the Choral Department are welcome. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
